** If you are a PhD student or a retired member of ACEDE you must attach justification of your current status. For example, for PhD student, proof of enrollment of your doctoral program in the current course.
*** The accompanying persons registration fee includes: the Sunday’s reception at “Casa de los peces", the Monday’s meal at Pazo de Vilaboa, the “romería galega en el Pazo de Mondoi” and the Congress dinner at Mirador de San Pedro (buses included).
Kindly remember the conditions for participation specified in the tab with information on the submission process: For accepted papers to be included in the Conference Program, it is imperative that at least one of the authors register and attend the Conference. For papers with more than three authors, at least two authors must register.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received until 10 May 2019 – eligible for 100% refund on the conference fee.
Cancellations received from 11 May to 31 May 2019 - eligible for 50% refund on the conference fee.
Cancellations received since 1 June 2018 - will not be refunded due to administrative costs.
Requests for registration cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Committee: acede@oceano-azul.es
Registration steps
To formalize the registration to XXIX Conference ACEDE is necessary to follow the following steps:
1. Sign up on the registration platform to which you can access here. Then, you have to follow the steps indicated in this platform You will receive an e-mail verification of the data entered for registration.
2. Make payment by bank transfer:

3. Send a copy of the bank transfer receipt and the e-mail of the registration form to: acede@oceano-azul.es. If you are a PhD student, you must attach justification of your current PhD status. For example, proof of enrolment of your doctoral program in the current course.
